I’m Attorney Paul Stano. Elder Law is my commitment to my father, who passed away last year.
He was a state senator, and his view during his political career was that middle-class Americans needed a champion. He represented those people, and handed that legacy down to me.
I want to provide peace of mind to the people who made us the greatest country in the world.
My father had me work in a steel mill while I was attending the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While packing an 18-wheeler, I had the opportunity to see how hard people work for their money. For many of the older people I talked to there, they really looked forward to retirement. It was going to be their “happily ever after.”
Unfortunately, those same people who worked so hard to build their assets for retirement and beyond are the ones most commonly overlooked.
The sad truth is, there are two types of law: one law for the informed, and one law for the uninformed. I want to help you be informed and navigate the many trap doors and landmines that exist in the current legal system, so you can be informed and make great choices to protect your family’s financial future.
When someone walks into our office, they are usually downtrodden and very anxious because they are wondering if it’s too late. Even if you are in fully in the midst of a crisis, I want you to know that it is not too late.
We will guide you through the entire process, and make sure that you understand not only your options, but also how the process works. We are always accessible and have many resources throughout the Cleveland community to help you with even the toughest decisions.
Our purpose is to bring you peace of mind.
-Paul Stano, Esq.
