| Mr.
Stano is a member of the American, Ohio, Cuyahoga, Cleveland and Parma Bar
associations. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers
Association. Mr. Stano has been practicing in the in the area of
Estate Planning since 1982. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, New
York, and the United States District Court.
Mr.Stano is a second generation advocate
for the older American. He's the son of former State Senator Jerome P.
Stano who was the co-sponsor of the Homestead Exemption Act and Chairman of
the Nursing Home Commission, which monitors and supervises nursing homes in
Ohio for compliance with state regulations.
Mr. Stano is available as a public speaker
on Estate Planning and other legal matters.
